The application process with Cora Bett Thomas Property Management is the way to get started reserving your perfect home and below is the paperwork you need to get started. Once you have completed the Application Checklist, please contact our office to complete your application.
Applications will not be processed until all items are complete.

- Application (Completed and Signed) Download the Application
- Guarantor Application & Agreement (Completed, Signed, & Notarized)
If Applicable. Cosigner must have a qualifying credit score of 700 or greater.
- Copy of Drivers License
International Applications: Passport (and student visa if applicable)
- Copy of Two Most Recent Pay Stubs
Bank Statements okay too. Cosigner must also provide proof of income.
- $50 Non-Refundable Application Fee per Applicant (Separate Check)
- Reservation Fee (Separate Check)
Equal to one months rent. Will be deposit upon approval of application and is forfeited if applicant cancels. Will become your security deposit once lease is signed. Payment can be made with check or money order. If payment is made with a credit card, a 5% courtesy fee will be added to the total. We do not accept cash.
